1. The service
DelayIQ accepts supported construction schedule and progress-report formats and produces schedule-health signals and, where available under a selected plan, a more detailed risk report. The service is intended to support project review conversations. It is not a delay-analysis expert opinion, a contractual determination, a claim submission or a guarantee of future project performance.
2. Your authority and responsibilities
You confirm that you have the authority to upload each file and request the analysis. You are responsible for checking the completeness and accuracy of the source programme, reviewing every output in context, and obtaining independent professional advice when a decision has commercial, safety, contractual or legal consequences.
3. Use restrictions
You must not use the service to upload unlawful content, attempt to access another user’s reports, interfere with the service, reverse engineer its security controls, or present a DelayIQ output as a certified or independently verified project finding when it is not.
4. Reports and model-assisted analysis
Outputs are based on the information present in the submitted file and the analysis available at the time. Files can contain missing logic, out-of-date progress, incorrect calendars or incomplete constraints. A low-risk signal does not mean a project will not delay, and a high-risk signal does not establish that a delay will occur. Any comparison or context in a report must be read with its stated assumptions and limitations.
5. Plans, payments and cancellations
Prices and report credits are presented at checkout in INR. A single report is consumed when the paid report is delivered. Monthly and portfolio access operates for the period and credit allocation shown at checkout. Except where required by law, completed reports are not refundable because the requested analysis has already been performed. Contact [email protected] promptly if a payment or entitlement appears incorrect.
6. Availability
The service may be changed, paused or withdrawn while DelayIQ develops. We aim to operate the product responsibly, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every supported file will produce a complete analysis.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DelayIQ is not responsible for decisions, losses, claims, cost overruns, delays or disputes arising from reliance on a report. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount paid for the affected report or access period. This clause requires legal review for the jurisdiction and customer type in which the service is offered.
8. Privacy and contact
Your use of DelayIQ is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
