DelayIQAnalyse a schedule
The DelayIQ method

From a live programme to a clearer project conversation.

DelayIQ is designed to fit the files and review moments a project team already has, without requiring a new scheduling system or a long configuration exercise.

01

Bring the programme you already use

Upload a Primavera P6 XER, Microsoft Project MPP, Excel schedule or PDF progress report. You remain responsible for ensuring you have authority to share it.

02

Read the schedule structure

DelayIQ extracts the activities, dates, progress cues and schedule fields available in the file. A file can be incomplete or inconsistent, so the result also surfaces data-quality warnings.

03

Create a first schedule-health signal

The free analysis produces a compact health view and prioritised risk signals, designed to help a team decide where to look next.

04

Expand into a report when needed

The full report organises risk drivers, likely pressure points, forecast framing, potential impact and recommended interventions into a reviewable narrative.

Supported inputs

Use the schedule format your project controls team already produces.

The supported intake formats are Primavera P6 XER, Microsoft Project MPP, Excel XLSX/XLS and PDF progress reports. The information that can be read depends on the quality and content of each file.

A note on interpretation

It is an evidence aid, not an automatic project decision-maker.

DelayIQ uses structured schedule checks and model-assisted analysis to organise potential risks. It does not certify a delay, establish contractual entitlement, replace a critical-path assessment, or guarantee a project outcome. Your planning, engineering and commercial teams should review every result in context.
