1. Information we process
Depending on how you use the service, this can include your email address and account records; uploaded schedule or progress-report files; file metadata; generated analysis and report records; and payment references supplied by our payment processor. We do not ask you to provide passwords for your project systems.
2. Why we process it
We use this information to provide the requested analysis, make reports available to the relevant signed-in account, operate and secure the service, handle support requests and maintain payment access. We do not sell your uploaded programme data as intelligence to other users.
3. Uploaded project material
Uploaded files are processed to produce the requested analysis. File content and derived report content may be handled by the application and its configured analysis providers for that purpose. You should not submit personal data, legally privileged material or restricted information unless you are satisfied that you are authorised to do so and the service is suitable for that use.
4. Retention
DelayIQ is not intended to retain original project files indefinitely. Operational retention can vary with the report and plan selected, and may be changed as the product matures. If you need a confirmed retention period or deletion arrangement before use, contact us before uploading. Generated reports may remain associated with your account until deletion is requested or the service policy changes.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. DelayIQ receives payment references and entitlement information needed to activate a report or subscription; we do not store full card or bank credentials in the application.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information held in your DelayIQ account by writing to [email protected]. We may need to verify that a request is associated with the relevant account before taking action.
7. Security and service providers
We use service providers for hosting, payment processing and, where configured, model-assisted analysis. Access is intended to be limited to the information needed for their function. No service can eliminate every risk; see Data security for the current security posture and responsible-use guidance.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
