DelayIQAnalyse a schedule
Security and confidentiality

Treat the programme as project-confidential from the first upload.

Construction schedules can reveal commercial, operational and delivery information. DelayIQ is being built to make that sensitivity visible in the product experience, not hide it behind generic security language.

Encrypted transport

The DelayIQ web application is served over HTTPS, so information submitted from a browser is encrypted in transit.

Account-bound access

Report access is associated with the signed-in user flow. Paid reporting and account data should be reviewed only by authorised team members.

Purpose-limited processing

Schedule data is processed to provide the analysis requested. It is not offered for sale as project intelligence to other customers.

Least-privilege operation

The production application runs under a restricted service account rather than as the server administrator, with limited writable application paths.

Your control before upload

Only upload material you are authorised to share.

Before submitting a programme, confirm that your employer, client or contract permits it to be analysed by a third-party service. Remove data that is outside the scope of your intended analysis, particularly personal information or documents subject to a separate confidentiality restriction.

Read the terms of use

AuthorisationConfirm you are permitted to upload the project file.

Minimum necessary fileShare the schedule or report needed for the review, not a broad project archive.

Review the output responsiblyKeep downloaded reports in your own approved project document environment.

Security transparency

We will not claim controls that have not been independently verified.

DelayIQ does not currently represent itself as SOC 2, ISO 27001 or government-security certified. If your procurement process requires a particular certification, a data-processing agreement, a retention schedule or a security questionnaire, contact us before uploading confidential project information.
